Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver island-wide within Sri Lanka. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched within working days. Orders placed on Sundays, poya days, or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
- Colombo and suburbs: 2–3 working days
- Outstation: 3–5 working days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during festival seasons, adverse weather, or transport disruption.
Shipping cost
A flat rate of LKR 500 applies island-wide. Free delivery on orders over LKR 25,000
Courier
We dispatch via PROMPT XP. You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is handed over.
Order confirmation
We call or WhatsApp every order before dispatch to confirm the address and availability. If we cannot reach you after 2 attempts across 2 working days, the order will be cancelled.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, re-delivery will be charged again.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and contact us the same day.
