Refund policy

1. Refund and Return Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Earphones, earbuds and other in-ear products once the seal is broken (hygiene)
  • Items damaged by misuse, water exposure, drops, or unauthorised repair
  • Items missing the original box, cables, or accessories
  • Products bought on clearance or marked final sale

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +94 770625232 or email techlynx.customer@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
  3. We will confirm within 24 hours and give you a return address.

Who pays return shipping

  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong item sent: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
  • Changed your mind: you cover return shipping, and the original delivery fee is not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days. Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to your account, or as store credit if you prefer. Bank transfers typically take 3–5 working days to appear.

Faulty items and warranty

If a product stops working within 5 days of delivery through no fault of your own, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Some products carry a longer manufacturer warranty, which will be stated on the product page.

Cash on Delivery orders

You may inspect the parcel's exterior before paying, but the courier cannot wait while you test the product. If the item is faulty, the return process above applies in full.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a COD order at the door without contacting us first, we may decline to fulfil future COD orders from the same address or phone number, and ask for prepayment instead.
